Where can I find details of the upcoming meeting? Or will it still be the letter that gets emailed?

Richard,
There will be a bulletin this month outlining how Fishy Bingo works. I just received the rules from Dan Ritter. See below.
Fishy Bingo…..it’s coming to our meeting. Let me explain the rules very quickly. Everyone who attends the meeting and wants to play will receive a bingo card. If you bring a bag of fish you will receive a second card and if you bring a second bag, you will get another card for a total of 5. All bingo’s will be a single bingo with the exception of the last game which will be a fill up. The club has purchased a couple great prizes, the winner will get his choice of the prize and the remaining prize will be in the fish auction at the end of the meeting.
If a member wants to bring someone else to the meeting and play, the same rules will apply on getting your bingo cards. The non member will also have to donate a bag of fish for the extra card as well as a second bag to get a second card.
Every time we have a winner, that winner will go to a table and pick out the bag of fish of his or her choice. This will continue until all the bags are gone. There is no limit on the number of times you can win.
It is important for everyone to know that the success of this game will depend on the members donating a bag or bags of fish. This will be just a fun night, so please bring something and play fishy bingo and have a good time with all our members.
Lastly, the last game we play will be a jackpot game. A fill up. We have a couple special prizes for that game, so we will play until we have 2 winners. First winner gets choice.
If you have any questions, please contact a board member. We want as much participation as possible and we want everyone to have a great time and take home some fish.
Dan
